Kinetra is building an energy ROI intelligence platform for Kenyan commercial buildings operating across grid power, generators, solar systems and physical infrastructure. We begin with a practical question: where is energy spend being lost, and what action can produce a measurable return?

Our approach connects existing bills, meter readings and operational records before introducing new hardware. Kinetra turns that evidence into prioritised recommendations, keeps people in control of implementation and documents the financial outcome.

The long-term goal is a trusted operating layer that can monitor, understand, predict and optimise complex energy systems safely. We will earn the right to automate by first proving value at individual customer sites.
